Resort Island Town Centre 2

A re-working of the 2024 mixed-use master plan into smaller development plots, together with architectural visualisation. Along the water’s edge we see low-rise retail and entertainment uses paired with apartments and townhouses. Taller apartment buildings are placed behind. The design of the public elements is deliberately “khaleeji” – reflecting its Gulf location and cultural milieu. We wanted the architecture to deliberately reflect its surroundings in this pedestrianised and walkable environment. Also included is a row of luxury waterfront villas.
