
We believe that all projects, no matter the size, should be as “integrated” as possible - combining different uses. This mixed-use retail, dining, office, and villa project is centred on a landscaped community courtyard which doubles as a car park. The dramatic curve of the commercial building encloses the space as it turns the corner, separating it from the busy external intersection. We welcome the possibility for people to live, work, and spend recreation time within the same development - and have introduced colonnades and extensive landscaping to promote shaded walking. The project comprises a mixed-use building with retail on the Ground Floor and boutique offices above. Landscaped terraces on the upper levels function as café and restaurant spaces. Behind the commercial building are villas. The different elements in the composition are linked by gardens, encouraging members of the community to use the shard spaces and spend more time on site.
