The Great Outdoors: Shared Residential Amenity Space

We are making great progress in our Middle East cities with useable outdoor space.

As with retail and entertainment, so too should shared residential community space liberate the outdoors.

We know that it’s possible, through good design, to naturally cool the environment, providing a range of outdoor spaces which complement indoor, air-conditioned zones. 

‍

Shaded green space within a pedestrian environment – that is, one which doesn’t allow vehicles – is great for children and families.

‍

We strongly believe that development should be regenerative – improving outcomes for both the environment and for people.
