FutureScape Global 2026 provided an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders, exchange ideas and explore the trends shaping the future of the built environment across the region.
The exhibition showcased a wide range of innovative products, technologies and services, while the Saudi 100 Awards celebrated the top 100 influential leaders, innovators and visionaries shaping the landscape architecture, public realm and urban development sectors in Saudi Arabia. Congratulations to all those recognised for their contributions to the Kingdom's rapidly evolving built environment.
The conference programme featured a strong line-up of presentations and discussions addressing some of the most important issues facing our industry. We were particularly pleased to see Nicholas Bonaventure participate in the panel discussion "Delivering Sustainable Development – It All Starts with Design", alongside Reham Bataineh (Parsons), Andre Van Heerden (Cape Reed), Laila Alawneh (NEOM), and Michael Holm (insite). The discussion explored the role of design in creating sustainable, resilient and people-centred developments that deliver lasting value.
Another highlight was Less, Better, Deeper, an engaging evening event hosted by Michael Patte, Network of City Innovators and Studio Falaj at Society by SoFleur. Bringing together professionals from across the industry, the event encouraged meaningful conversations about design, development, leadership and the future of our cities and communities.
Our thanks to the FutureScape Global team, speakers, exhibitors, award recipients and attendees for creating such a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration and professional connection. We look forward to continuing these conversations as the region's built environment continues its remarkable transformation.
